Shipping policy

Please note if you place more than 1 Order we will not be able to refund the shipping even if orders are combined into 1 package.

The more you order the heavier your parcel becomes. Which makes prices vary alot.

Orders are priced by Australia post by weight and dimension and also where the package is headed to.

We Cover any additional postage cost prior to leaving the warehouse if placed in 1 order.

Shipping FAQS 

Aambers Goodies xx use Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia and Outside of Australia. 

Any returns or exchanges must be booked in prior.

International orders will be shipped via Australia Post with tracking, this will generally take between 1-3 weeks to arrive. (Depending on Postal Delivery Delays)

We endeavor to have Your order packed and ready to be shipped within 2 to 6 Business days of us receiving it.

(excluding weekends and public holidays, sales or new Releases and other special circumstances )

Please allow a few business days for delivery by the post man ONCE item has Left goodies headquarters for updates.

For orders placed during GAMES NIGHT, online sales or a New Releases -

Please allow up to 6-12 business days for your order to be dispatched (I work really hard I promise, we just get so many orders). 

Orders containing pre-order items will be dispatched once these items have arrived and not any sooner.

 If there are any unexpected delays, you will be contacted by us. If your parcel is being sent to your work address, please provide a company name.

We know Australia Post sometimes experiences some delays – if your order is taking longer than you think it should, please check for updates on their website. 

 

IN-STORE PICK-UP 

We do NOT offer pick up under any circumstances as we are an online only exclusive store. No exceptions.

Delivery times - The times listed above are only estimations. Aambers Goodies xx are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, especially during high-volume periods. 

 

Delivery issues - Please note once the parcel has left Aambers Goodies xx it is not our responsibility. Aambers Goodies xx are not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part. If your order is Return To Sender for any reason, the cost to have the package resent to you will be $17.

 

Custom and duty charges - Deliveries to countries outside Australia might incur customs or import taxes. Unfortunately, since we don’t have any control over these charges, we can’t cover them for you.
