Please note as these are Free gifts they can’t be exchanged or returned. Feel free to gift them to friends or family if they don’t suit.

 

Terms & Conditions: Mystery Boxes & Exclusives

1. The Mystery Box Experience

By purchasing a Mystery Box, you acknowledge that the specific contents, styles, and colors are a surprise and are selected at random. While we strive for high variety and premium quality, individual preferences regarding style, color, or perceived "value" do not qualify for a return or refund.

2. Sizing & Custom Notes

• Sized Items: For mystery boxes where clothing is sized, we will use the Size Note you leave at checkout to select your items.
• Size Availability & Substitutions: If your requested size is out of stock or unavailable, we will include "Free Size" (One Size Fits Most) clothing designed to fit a wide range of body types. By purchasing, you agree to this substitution if your specific size is not in stock.
• Fit Disclaimer: We do not offer returns for "fit issues" or if you do not like the cut of the garment. If we send a specific size different from your note (and it is not a Free Size item), this is considered a fulfillment error and we will rectify it.

3. Change of Mind Policy

In accordance with NSW Fair Trading, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind." This includes:

• Disliking the specific surprise items received.
• The item not fitting your specific body shape (where the correct size or Free Size was sent).
• Finding the product cheaper elsewhere.

4. Returns Process & Timeframes

If you believe an item is faulty or was sent in the wrong size from our single products (not matching your note and not a Free Size substitute):

• Notification: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Fulfillment: We have 14 days from the date we receive your return to inspect the item and fulfill your remedy (repair, replacement, or refund).
• Shipping Costs: * The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to us and the shipping back to them if the item is not found to be faulty.
  • If a fault is proven or we made a fulfillment error, we will cover/reimburse all reasonable shipping costs.

I record packing all orders for visual confirmation and reference. All Lives are kept for correspondence.

An item which has been worn and has makeup stains, or is damaged due to not following proper care instructions or has been physically ripped or pulled deliberately by the customer.

Will not be classified as faulty by manufacturer, therefore may be unsuitable for our faulty returns process. The customer will be liable for return shipping.

Note: All garments must follow the care instructions, as our items can be quite delicate and may get damaged if instructions are not followed.

Due to the nature of some fabrics composed for their specific item’s qualities and fit, this can include shrinkage, color fading and other outcomes.

• Use cold water only
• Handwash only
• Use delicate detergent only 
• No dryer 

 

-Discount codes must be applied at checkout. We cannot apply codes or adjust orders once a purchase has been completed.

-Where a refund is not required under Australian Consumer Law, store credit may be offered at our discretion.

-Cold hand wash recommended. Use mild detergent. Do not tumble dry unless stated otherwise.

-Our crystals are sourced from reputable Australian wholesalers and are represented to us as genuine based on supplier information. Some items may be man-made or imitation materials designed to resemble crystals, including coloured glass or other materials. Natural variations in appearance are normal.
