We want you to love your Goodies as much as we do.

Free gifts in orders
Please note as these are Free gifts they can’t be exchanged or returned. Feel free to gift them to friends or family if they don’t suit.
Exchanges
If you’ve ordered the wrong size we can EXCHANGE that item for the correct sizing.
If we do not have another available in your size we will issue an Online credit Vouchure once item is returned to us and inspected by us.
REFUNDS
- We only refund Faulty Products
- Items can not be refunded if it has passed our 7day refund period. (This policy is in place because we can not determine or dictate how a customer uses their products in their own time once their parcel arrives)
- We do not REFUNDS for change of mind- all Orders are final.
If your item qualifies for a refund than you will be issued a Credit note for future use once if your item couldn’t be replaced with another size .
Once your items are sent back to us and fully inspected. IF the items are deemed faulty by manufacturer (done prior to leaving our warehouse) than a REFUND will be emailed out.

we also don’t refund if you contact us saying someone you know has stolen and used your card. A police report will need to be done on your end as this is classed as theft. We can than go forward with your enquiry.
Returns Process
It can take up to 14 business days for your return to be processed once we've received it.
You will forfeit your exchange if this is not done in the allotted timeframe.
Please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer free returns, as due to our price point, we can’t increase prices to absorb the postage.
It costs us a lot more than $17 to prepare and send your order, also to process returns, and we want to keep our prices this low!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please note if your parcel is leaving Australia and your country has VAT OR DUTY FEES on top of shipping costs- once your parcel reaches your destination this cost will be for the customer to pay only. We are not liable for these fees.
We do not see these costs on our end when we are shipping and it is on your customs end.
If fees are not paid by a certain time frame (please contact on the letter you receive) the parcel will be returned to sender which is Aambers Goodies xx and we will not be liable for the return shipping costs back to you.
The customer will need to pay shipping again and the fees once it lands back in our hands.
We don’t refund if your customs has extra costs to receive parcels from International Orders so please be aware as you will only have 15 days from the date your parcel is returned to sender to work out what you’d like to do.
You will choose to forfeit your parcel contents costs and shipping costs if you don’t wish to pay the VAT AND DUTY COSTS and it’s returned to sender and if you don’t want to re pay postage costs or the fees once it’s arrived.
(this is only if your country Is eligible for these fees could this possibly occurred)
Ambers Goodies Xx is not liable for this and customers need to be aware and to check online to see if this will effect your international order.
Faulty Products
Please note – we advise trying all items on upon receiving them straight away so you can check for faults and sizing so this can be sorted within this allotted timeframe. This is in line with Australian Consumer Guidelines.
Faulty items must be faulty by Manufacture. This includes:
- Open seams
- Broken zippers or buttons
- Puckering
- Forced rips or tears
This does not include obvious signs of destruction made by the buyer and not made manufacturer.

An item which has been worn and has makeup stains, or is damaged due to not following proper care instructions or has been physically ripped or pulled deliberately by the customer.
Will not be classified as faulty by manufacturer, therefore may be unsuitable for our faulty returns process. The customer will be liable for return shipping.
Note: All garments must follow the care instructions, as our items can be quite delicate and may get damaged if instructions are not followed.
Due to the nature of some fabrics composed for their specific item’s qualities and fit, this can include shrinkage, color fading and other outcomes.
We advise hand washing all Aambers Goodies xx pieces
- Use cold water
- Hand wash only
- Use a delicate detergent only
- No dryer (Unless tag states otherwise)
WHAT YOU CAN RETURN
Your return items must meet these conditions to be accepted:
- Returned WITHIN 7 days of delivery
- Must be Unworn
- must be unwashed
- must be in original condition
- must have all the tags still attached and not broken off.
- Must not smell of perfume
- must not have makeup stains or marks
- must not have tan stains
- must not have deodorant stains
- Must not have cosmetics stains
- Must not have washing powder stains
- Must have all tags still attached and in original condition.
- Must not have signs of wear or use
- Must Not be Games Night Live Bags
- Must Not be mystery Boxs
- Must Not be intimates items
- Must Not be personal items
- Must Not be jewellery products
- Must Not be shoes
- Must Not hair Products
- Must Not Make-up product
PLEASE also provide your -
- full name
- date of purchase
- order number
- the details and photos of the issue/s.
If there is no issues but the sizing isn’t correct please attach photos of every item to show tags are still attached.
If you don’t know your order number, please use the same name and email you used to place the order so we can identify you and match orders.

Important: If your return does not meet these requirements, it will be sent back to YOU with shipping charges payable by You the customer so we can confirm the return is acceptable and that it was a manufacturing fault and not one since leaving our warehouse.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Once we receive your item, we will send you Store Credit in the form of a Voucher Code, emailed to you directly from our Customer Service Team. We typically process returns within 14 business days of receiving them.
The Store Credit is valid for 6 months, and will cover the total purchase price of the returned items (excluding shipping costs).
If you don’t use your store credit within 6 months we are not liable and it can no longer be used.
Once we receive your items, we will process it and email you within 14 business days.

Aambers Goodies xx is not responsible for any orders placed without the use of a current discount code/ when one is available. It is up to the customer to apply any discount before checkouts as we do not cancel orders for change of mind.

- We are only a small private residence business.
- The Stock we have online is all that we have available in store.
- All items have limited sizing available.
- Once a style, color or size is sold out there is NO guarantee we will get those items back in stock unless stated otherwise.
