What sizes do you cater for?

We cater to sizes 8-24au* (some 26au)
in Australian sizes in limited styles.
Sizes are depending on the style.

Do you have a VIP program?
We do! And it's exclusively available in our private facebook group. Our VIP's get first dibs on new arrivals and access to exclusive VIP prices during pre-release, as well as being able to chat to us directly!

What postage service do you use and is tracking available?
All orders are sent through Aus post.

You will be emailed a shipping confirmation and tracking number for your package as soon as your items have been fulfilled and sent away!
 
Be sure to check that pesky junk folder if you haven't received yours as they can sometimes hide away in there. ( Be sure to move us to your inbox 📥)

Do you ship internationally?
No, Unfortunately we haven't been able to find a service affordable enough for our international customers. We are sorry about this.

How long will my order take to be delivered?
We aim to pack our order as soon as possible. 

You will receive an email when your order is shipped and it is then it's in the hands of the postman! 

Please allow 7-10 business days during heavy periods and sales. Only When applicable *

Standard Shipping: 3 - 7 business days- during non busy periods.



Do you guys have Buy Now Pay Later Options! 
Yes, we sure do!
We have Afterpay, Zippay & Klarna  available!
 

Directions
Simply place your order as usual and select your buy now pay later option of choice at the checkout.
Once we receive your order and it is confirmed, we will despatch your goods just like any other order and you can pay later! Ta-daaaa!


What happens if I receive my items and they don't fit? Can I get a refund? 
We understand that online shopping, especially for clothing, has its risks, and we want to eliminate those risks as much as possible and put your mind at ease!


First we try to exchange the item in question with the correct size needed.
If that option is not available we offer store credit.
This will depend if the item was on sale or not or if it is an exchangeable item. 
(Mystery bags, jewellery, makeup products, beauty products & swimwear/ personals are not exchangable)

We only refund if the item is found to have manufacturer fault and damaged upon arrival.
7 Day Return Period.

As soon as possible & let us know your issue and your order number so we can help and issue the correct solution.

Please note, all original tags must be attached & return postage is at the expense of the customer. Items must be sent back to us within 7 days of contacting us & receiving your order.
