I truly take the time to look over every individual garment before it leaves our Goodies Warehouse!
Items can not be exchanged and or credit noted if it has passed out 7 day exchange / refund policy.
We want you to love your Goodies as much as we do.
We do not REFUND for change of mind or wrong sizes- All Orders are final.
If you’ve ordered the wrong size we can EXCHANGE that item for the correct sizing if we have it available In store otherwise a credit Vouchure will be issued once item is returned to us and inspected.
We do not offer REFUNDS on items - we do however Issue Credit notes for future use once it is deemed faulty and it couldn’t be replaced with another size .
Once the item is sent back to us and inspected by us and deemed faulty by manufacturer than a Credit Note will be emailed out.
We can not exchange or refund SALE items, DISCOUNTED ITEMS, lingerie, jewellery, shoes, mystery Boxs, hair products, personal/intimate items unless they are faulty. No exceptions
So please pick wisely on sale items xx
It can take up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once we've received it.
-We require return postage for your exchange to be paid via invoice within 14 days after it has been returned to us for exchange of size.
You will forfeit your exchange if this is not done in the alloyed timeframe.
We do not offer refunds - we will offer an exchange if we have your correct size available due to the wrong size ordered.
we’ll provide you with a store credit to spend on a new item of clothing. Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or given a credit note for unless faulty by manufacturing.

Aambers Goodies xx is not responsible for any orders placed without the use of a current discount code/ when one is available.
It is up to the customer to apply any discount before checkouts as we do not cancel orders for change of mind.

Unfortunately we can’t offer free returns, as due to our price point we can’t increase prices to absorb the postage.
It costs us a lot more than $10 to prepare and send your order, also to process returns, and we want to keep our prices this low!

WHAT YOU CAN RETURN
Your return items must meet these conditions to be accepted:
- Returned WITHIN 7 days of delivery - no longer will be accepted
- Unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all the tags still attached and not broken off
- Must not smell of perfume, have makeup or tan stains, deodorant, cosmetics or washing powder
- Must have all tags still attached and in original condition.
- Not a Sale or discounted item -including but not limited to mystery Boxs - intimates -personal items - jewellery - shoes - hair Products-
If your return meets these requirements – simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
and provide your -
date of purchase
the details and photos of the issue/s.
If there is no issues but the sizing isn’t correct please attach photos of every item to show tags are attached.
Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Once we receive your items, we will process it and email you within 7 business days.
If you've received an incorrect or faulty item, please email photos of the fault to email@example.com so we can confirm the return is acceptable and that it was a manufacturing fault and not one since leaving our headquarters.
Important: If your return does not meet these requirements, it will be sent back with shipping charges payable by you, the customer.
Please don't send your parcel back to us as Return To Sender (RTS), or we will need to take $12 off your store credit to cover postage costs.
If you don’t know your order number, please use the same name and email you used to place the order so we can identify it.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Once we receive your item, we will send you Store Credit in the form of a Vouchure Code, emailed to you directly from our Customer Service Team. We typically process returns within 7 business days of receiving them.
The Store Credit is valid for 6 months, and will cover the total purchase price of the returned items (excluding shipping costs).
If you don’t use your store credit within 6 months we are not liable and it can no longer be used.
If your item is faulty and you contact us within 7 days of receiving it, we will replace it with the same item if its available. If the item is out of stock, we will offer you a Credit Vouchure. But only if it was faulty at point of delivery- not after.
Please note – we advise trying all items on upon receiving them straight away so you can check for faults and sizing so this can be sorted within this alloted timeframe. This is in line with Australian Consumer Guidelines.
Please do not return the item to us directly; first, please email photos of the fault to firstname.lastname@example.org along with:
- Your order number
- Name of faulty item(s)
- Description and photos of the fault(s)
Once it has been reviewed and deemed a fault, we will guide you through what to do next.
Faulty items must be faulty by Manufacture. This includes:
- Open seams
- Broken zippers or buttons
An item which has been worn and has makeup stains, or is damaged due to not following proper care instructions will not be classified as faulty by manufacturer, therefore may be unsuitable for our faulty returns process.
Note: All garments must follow the care instructions, as our items can be quite delicate and may get damaged if instructions are not followed.
Due to the nature of some fabrics composed for their specific item’s qualities and fit, this can include shrinkage, color fading and other outcomes.
We advise hand washing all Aambers Goodies xx pieces using cold water, using a delicate detergent only and not put in the dryer.
We are happy to replace your approved faulty item with the identical item when possible.
DISCLAIMER- I try to look over each item individually to try to eliminate any unnecessary situations.
We are only a small private residence business. The Stock we have online is all that we have available in store.
All items have limited sizing available.
Once a style, color or size is sold out there is NO guarantee we will get those items back in stock unless stated otherwise.
