Description
Our Eye Pillows are super handy and can be used for a range of different reasons.
You can use them at room temperature and allow the weight of the wheat to help with relaxation and sore eyes.
You can put them in the freezer for about 30mins before use and use them as a cooling relief to help with headaches and migraines, or you could even pop them in the microwave for 30 seconds and use as mini heatpack.

These heat packs are 10cm x 24
They are filled with lupins.
They are made with 100% cotton
Aromatherapy eye pillows Made from 100% cotton and Lupins.
Put in the microwave for 30 seconds each time until you reach your desired heat.
DO NOT HEAT FOR MORE THAN 2 MINUTES.
Do not heat if there is moisture in the heat pack. Let your heat pack dry naturally.
These heat packs can also be used as cold packs, ensure that you put your Lupin pack in a snap lock bag before putting in the freezer to use as a cold pack.
We do not recommend using this Lupin pack for both cold and heat, try to use only with one or the other as moisture may cause them to catch fire in the microwave.
