 Description 

These heat packs are 25x14cm.

They are filled with lupins, and botanicals.

They are made with two layers of 100% cotton

Made in the beautiful Yarra Valley.

Aromatherapy heat packs. Made here in the Yarra Valley from 100% cotton and Lupins.

Put in the microwave for 1 minute then for 30 seconds each time until you reach your desired heat.

 Heat in microwave and soothe aching muscles

DO NOT HEAT FOR MORE THAN 2 MINUTES.

Do not heat if there is moisture in the heat pack. Let your heat pack dry naturally.

These heat packs can also be used as cold packs, ensure that you put your Lupin pack in a snap lock bag before putting in the freezer to use as a cold pack.

We do not recommend using this Lupin pack for both cold and heat, try to use only with one or the other as moisture may cause them to catch fire in the microwave
